A collection of other frequently asked questions about using GENCY. It covers key information for using the service—multilingual support plans, the schedule for new templates, whether you can use your creations commercially, license terms, Enterprise adoption, and copyright guidance.

Is multi-language support available?

Currently GENCY supports Korean, and other languages are not yet supported. Multi-language support for English, Japanese, and more will be rolled out gradually.

Are new template designs going to be added?

New template designs will be updated periodically.
If you'd like a custom template just for your brand or company, consider adopting GENCY Enterprise!

Can I use designs created in GENCY commercially?

Designs created in compliance with the GENCY Terms of Service and license conditions can be freely used for both non-commercial and commercial purposes.

However, reselling a finished work to a third party requires a separate Enterprise contract.

Can I modify and use the templates GENCY provides?

You are free to modify and use them.
All elements and text of a template can be changed, and you can mix templates together or use only the elements you need.

Can I use all of the fonts GENCY provides?

All fonts provided by GENCY are officially licensed or authorized for use, so you can use them freely in the Editor.

Do I need to credit the source when using GENCY designs?

GENCY does not require source attribution.


However, source attribution is required when using them in content such as press or broadcast media, or blog content introducing the GENCY service. Feel free to reach out anytime if needed.

Copyright guide

All copyrights for every product detail page design provided by GENCY, as well as all graphics, layouts, and other elements included in the product detail pages, belong to GENCY.

Unauthorized misuse, alteration, or reproduction of any intellectual property and creative works included in GENCY that harms the company's interests constitutes an intellectual property violation and a 'violation of the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act'.

Use is restricted for unwholesome industries and industries that may promote luxury or speculation. GENCY may not be used to create advertisements or content that cause discomfort, or for the purpose of defaming others.
