Renamed to credits
From August 6, 2026, the currency used in GENCY will be renamed from GEN to CREDIT. The display unit is changing as well, so please take a moment to read through the details below.

The display unit is scaled by 1001 GEN becomes 100 credits.
1 GEN becomes 100 credits. Your balance will look 100 times larger, but the amount you can actually use is exactly the same as before.

Any balance you have already topped up, along with your past usage history, will be shown on the same new basis. There is nothing you need to do.
Payment amounts and policies stay the sameFor top-up plans, only the displayed quantity changes.
For top-up plans, only the displayed quantity changes. The existing 1 GEN · 5 GEN · 30 GEN products will now show as 100 · 500 · 3,000 credits, and the payment amount is the same as before.
The following policies also remain unchanged.
- Topped-up credits are valid for 1 year from the top-up date.
- The maximum amount per top-up is 100,000 KRW.
- Credits are used first in order of nearest expiration date.
- Within 7 days of payment, if you haven't used the topped-up credits, you can withdraw your subscription.
- Email reminders are sent 30 days and 7 days before the expiration date.
